McGann Stone Pavers is fully insured.

Free estimates include the following for all projects:

-We contact the Pennsylvania One Call system to mark any underground utilities.

-Excavation, stabilization fabric, base, bedding, hardscaping product (including cutting).  Click for more information about what is included for pavers and walls.

-Clean up: All trash will be removed from the site.  Lawns will be restored with soil up to the edge of the pavers or walls, and seeded and fertilized.  All damaged lawn areas from our construction will be repaired.  Once we leave, you only need to water the grass seed and enjoy your new hardscaping.

Items not included in the estimated costs:

• Building permits (if needed) which are obtained by the home owner

• Hardscaping additions to the agreed project

• Unexpected roots and rocks of exceptional size

• Outside electric receptacles for low voltage transformers

Extra Products Available (if needed and/or agreed upon):

• Downspout drain pipes under pavers and walls

• PVC pipe under pavers or walls for future wiring by the customer

• Low voltage lighting, low voltage lighting transformers

• Polymeric Stabilization Joint Sand
