Paver projects and estimates
specifically include the following:

Excavation - Depending on the condition
of the subsoil, at least 8" for pedestrian paver projects, 12" for
vehicular paver projects. An over-dig of 6" around the edges of
the project. Any soil removed will gladly be relocated on your
property if requested.

Stabilization Fabric - Under all
hardscaping projects.

Base - Crushed 'modified' stone compacted
in 2" lifts.

Bedding - 1" concrete sand.

Product - Installation of the hardscaping
product including all
cutting. All paver projects will slope away from buildings to
facilitate rain water runoff.

Edging - All exposed paver edges will
have plastic edge restraint, with 10" spikes approximately every 3'.

Joint Sand - All joints will be filled
with sand and pavers will be
compacted to lock them in.
